The core idea

Most people don't need another perfect plan. They need help starting, continuing, and not disappearing on themselves.

You may already know you would feel better if you trained, rode your bike, got stronger, or handled the task that keeps sliding to next week. Knowing is not always the hard part. The hard part is doing it alone, again, when your brain, body, mood, or life keeps pulling you away.

That is where I fit. I am not here to shame you, hype you up with nonsense, or turn your life into a boot camp. I show up in person, help you begin, keep the session grounded, and stay beside you while momentum comes back.

Personal training

Strength at home

One-on-one strength and conditioning in your home. Good for aging well, rebuilding confidence, getting stronger, improving stamina, and making fitness feel less intimidating.

I bring the plan and basic equipment.
Body doubling

For ADHD, AuDHD, and stuck people

A calm, focused presence so you can start and finish what has been hard to do alone. This can include a workout, a walk, a home project, paperwork, or simply getting unstuck.

No shame. No lectures. We begin.
Cycling

Most cycling coaches send plans. I show up.

Road, gravel, mountain bike, or stationary bike support. I can ride with you, run intervals, time hill repeats, coach technique, or help you build confidence outdoors.

Intervals are easier with someone there.
Who this is for

You do not need to be impressive before we start.

This is for people who want high-quality help without gym intimidation, performative fitness culture, or being treated like a broken machine.

Stuck / inconsistent

You know what to do, but you don't do it

ADHD, AuDHD, low motivation, overwhelm, avoidance, or years of starting over. We make the next step smaller, clearer, and harder to avoid.

Private / shy / home-based

The gym is not your place

Maybe you are shy, anxious, isolated, agoraphobic, or just tired of public workout spaces. I come to your home and we build from there.

Training

You want your body back

Bad knees, a cranky back, injury history, weight gain, aging, or lost confidence. We train safely and progressively, with respect for your actual body.

Cycling

You want to ride more, but not alone

I can ride beside you, coach skills, hold the stopwatch, lead intervals, or help you finally do the hill repeats you keep skipping.
